Recipe - Smaking Wings (Hirsh)

16 Chicken wings
One half cup Salad oil
One fourth cup Balsamic vinegar
One fourth cup Honey
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Cane syrup OR dark corn
syrup
1 tablespoon Tabasco pepper sauce
One half teaspoon Red pepper flakes
One half teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
One fourth teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne
One fourth teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Cut off and discard bony wing tips. Cut remaining wings in half.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Marinate wings
in this mixture 1 hour in refrigerator, then grill 15 to 20 minutes,
turning frequently.
Makes 32 pieces.
