1 One half pound Stewing steak
8 ounce Onions, cut or sliced up
10 ounce Plain flour
14 ounce Tin tomatoes
1 ounce Dripping
1 Crushed garlic clove
2 teaspoon Made mustard
1 tablespoon Chutney
1 tablespoon Honey
Salt & pepper
cut beef into 2.5cm/1" cubes, melt dripping in pan and fry beef with onions
and garlic until brown. Lift out with slotted spoon, place in cooker. Stir
flour into pan, cook 1 minute. Stir in rest, bring to boil, pour over the
meat, cover, cook on HIGH 30 minutes, low 67 hours.
