Recipe - Slow Cooked Chili

2 pound Ground beef; extra lean
2 cn Kidney beans
2 cn Tomato sauce
2 md Onions; chopped
1 Green pepper; chopped
2 Garlic clove; minced
2 teaspoon Salt; optional
1 teaspoon Pepper
Cheddar cheese; lowfat,
grated
In a skillet, brown beef, drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the next 9
ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 810 hours or on high 44 One half hours.
Garnish individual servings with cheese if desired.
1 serving = 1 cup Prepared with extra lean meat and without cheese.
