Recipe - Slow-Cooker Barbecued Pork And Beans

2 pound Boneless pork, cut into
1inch cube; well trimmed
1 cup Red bell pepper; chopped
One half cup Onion; chopped
1 Barbecue sauce; (18 oz)
2 cn Baked beans; (16 ounce each)
Mix pork, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup of the barbecue sauce in a 3quart
or larger slowcooker. Cover and cook on high 45 hours or on low for 810
hours until pork is
very tender. Stir in remaining barbecue sauce and the drained beans.
Makes enough for 2 dinners. Good spooned over corn bread, and served with
a green salad.
