Recipe - Sloppy Joes (Low-Fat Way)

1 pack The Turkey Store Extra Lean
Ground Breast (1.5 lbs.)
One half cup Chopped onion
One half cup Chopped green pepper
One half cup Chopped celery
1 cn (16oz.) No salt tomato
sauce
2 tablespoon White vinegar
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
6 Reducedcalorie hamburger

Spray large skillet with nostick cooking spray. Heat over mediumhigh
heat about 30 seconds. Crumble extra lean ground turkey breast into
skillet. Add onion, bell pepper and celery. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes
or until turkey is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Stir in
tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Reduce heat to low. Cook 25 to 30
minutes until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Serve on
hamburger buns. Makes 6 servings.
