3 tablespoon Onion flakes, dried
2 teaspoon Oregano
1 One half teaspoon Basil

To make filling: Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir to
combine.

Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
