Skinny Mashed Potatoes recipe makes 1 Servings
4 Potatoes
1 Veggie chicken or beef
"flavored" broth cube;
(McCormick's)
Dissolve veggie cube in water before adding potatoes. When potatoes are
done, drain, reserving broth. Mash potatoes, adding reserved broth until
desired creaminess, so you can skip the butter.
