Recipe - Skillet Stroganoff

1 pound Ground beef
1 cn (14.5oz) readytoserve
beef broth
4 ounce Uncooked medium egg noodles
1 Jar (4.5oz) cut or sliced up
mushrooms; drained
One fourth cup Water
One fourth cup Ketchup
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 ct (8oz) sour cream
In large skillet, brown ground beef over mediumhigh heat; drain. Stir in
all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat
to low; cook 45 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring
occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
