Skillet Soda Bread recipe makes 2 Servings
1 cup Jiffy Baking Mix or Bisquick
One fourth cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
One fourth cup Plus
2 tablespoon Milk
1 Egg white or
2 tablespoon Prepared Just whites

Heat oven to 450 degrees put raisins to soak in milk beat egg white a
little to froth. mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Pat into a well
greased small skillet (about 6 inches). Bake about 12 minutes. cut into
wedgeshaped pieces. serve hot with butter. Lei, Bronx, NY USA
