Recipe - Skillet Sausage And Bean Stew

1 pound Spicy Italian sausage;
casing removed and, cut or sliced up
1/2" thick
One half Onion; chopped
2 cup Frozen O'brienstyle
potatoes with onions and
peppers
1 cn Pinto beans (15 ounces);
undrained
Three fourths cup Water
1 teaspoon Beef bouillon granules; OR 1
beef bouillon cube
1 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves
1/8 teaspoon Ground red pepper

1. Combine sausage slices and onion in large nonstick skillet; cook and
stir over mediumhigh heat 57 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Drain drippings,

2. Stir in potatoes, beans, water, bouillon, oregano and red pepper; reduce
heat to medium. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
