Recipe - Skillet Cheeseburger Pie

1 pound Lean or regular ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped (about
One half cup)
Three fourths cup Bisquick original baking mix
One half cup Milk
One fourth (up to)
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
5 Eggs
1 One half cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
(6oz)
2 tablespoon Margarine or butter
1 (up to)
2 md Tomatoes; cut or sliced up
COOK ground beef and onion in 10inch skillet, stirring frequently, until
beef is brown; drain.
MIX baking mix, milk, garlic salt, pepper and eggs in medium bowl with
fork until blended (mixture will be lumpy). Stir in beef mixture and 1/2
cup of the cheese.
HEAT margarine in 10inch skillet until melted and bubbly. Gradually pour
beef mixture into skillet. Cover and cook over mediumlow heat 12 to 17
minutes or until almost set. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with remaining 1
cup cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. 8
servings.
