2 cup Carrots; cut or sliced up
2 cup Raw potatoes; cut or sliced up
1 cup Celery; chopped
2 cup Ground beef
1 cup Onions; cut or sliced up
1 cup Green peppers; chopped fine
2 cup Cooked tomatoes
Salt and pepper

greased shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for
2 hours. May be prepared ahead. Can be frozen. Recipe from Joan Macomber.
