Recipe - Sirloin Steak With Chili Diable Sauce

SAUCE:
One fourth cup Chopped red onion
One fourth cup Chopped green bell pepper
1 cup Chili sauce
3 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Beefflavor instant bouillon
1 teaspoon Chili powder
STEAK:
1 One half pound Boneless beef sirloin steak
(Three fourths inch thick)
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black and red pepper blend
GRILL DIRECTIONS: Spray medium nonstick saucepan with nonstick spray. Add
onion and bell pepper; cook and stir over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or
until crisptender.
Reduce heat to low; stir in all remaining sauce ingredients. Cook 15 to 20
minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, heat grill. When ready to grill, sprinkle steak with salt and
pepper blend. Place steak on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal
grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until of
desired doneness, turning once. Serve sauce with steak. 6 servings. Note:
To broil, p;lace food on broiler pan and broil 4 to 6 inches from heat
