Recipe - Single Pie Crust

1 One fourth cup Flour
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Shortening Crisco
4 tablespoon Cold water; maybe 5T
Stir together flour and salt. Cut in shortening till pieces are the size
of small peas. Using 45 tablespoons total cold water, sprinkle 1
tablespoon water over part of the mixture; gently toss with a fork. Push to
side of bowl. Repeat until all is moistnened. Form into a ball.
