The brownies are wonderful when they are still warm, but they can be served
at room temperature. Once cooled to room temperature, the brownies may be
refrigerated for several days befor serving. Allow the brownies to come to
room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes for serving.
The fudgelike texture of theese brownies makes them a perfect confection to
shop to faraway places; that is, if you have the willpower to part with
them.
