Recipe - Simple Green Salad

2 cup Torn lettuce (up to 3)
2 tablespoon Olive or veg. oil
2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
One half teaspoon Italian seasoning
One half teaspoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Divide lettuce among two plates. combine remaining ingredients in a small
bowl; drizzle over lettuce and serve immediately. Serves 2.
MY NOTES: I didn't serve "immediately" Make salad and dressing ahead of
time. Store separately in fridge and drizzle dressing over salad before or
during dinner.
