Recipe - Simple Beer Bread

3 cup Flour
1 pn Sugar
1 pn Salt
1 cn (small) beer

Mix all ingredients well to form dough. Transfer to greased baking tin (I
use 1lb or 2lb). If using 2lb multiply all ingredients by approx. 1.5.
Cook at 200C for approx 4560 minutes.
The recipe I have was given to me by a friend and was very approximate eg.
Cook until cooked (!) I generally leave it for around 50 minutes and serve
warm with butter on each slice.
