Recipe - Simple - Honest Potato Pudding

2 cup Grated raw potatoes
1 cup Thinly cut or sliced up onions
1 cup Grated carrots
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Savory or marjoram
2 tablespoon Cream
2 tablespoon Butter
Mix together the potatoes, onions, carrots, salt and pepper. Mix and add
the cream. Place in a generously buttered pudding dish. Dot with the
butter. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until a thin golden crust has
formed.
NOTES : During a summer I spent in Summerside, our hostess was named Dolly.
She was vivacious, always neat as a pin, and a good cook to top it. She
gave me this recipe.
