Recipe - Sillabub

Ingredients:
Sillabub recipe makes 1 Servings
2 cup White wine
One half cup Lemon juice
2 Lemons; grated rind of
1 One half cup Sugar
1 qt Whole milk
4 Egg whites
Grated nutmeg
Combine white wine, lemon juice, grated lemon rinds and 1 cup sugar; stir
until sugar is dissolved. Add milk and beat until frothy. Beat egg whites
until stiff gradually adding remaining sugar. Float egg whites on the top
of liquid in punch bowl; sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes about 10 six ounce
cups.
