Recipe - Silicon Chicken

1 Chicken Fryer, cutup
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
One half cup White Vinegar
1 cup Celery, chopped

Heat the olive oil and garlic in a skillet. Brown chicken on all sides.
Remove chicken and add the vinegar and celery, stir for 5 minutes. Replace
chicken in pan, cover and simmer 4560 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Serve with dripping and sauce over mashed potatoes.
