Recipe - Sicilian-Style Lasagne Wtomato Sauce

1 pound Commercial lasagne
3 cup Tomato sauce (up to 4)
1 cup Ricotta salata, pecorino or
parmesan chees, grated

Cook lasagne according to package directions until al dente. Prepare or
heat tomato sauce. Drain lasagne and transfer to a serving bowl or platter.
Toss with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
