Recipe - Shrimps De Janghe

1 Clove (large) garlic; mashed
1 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Butter
1 cup Bread crumbs
Cayenne pepper
Paprika
4 tablespoon Chopped parsley
One fourth cup Good sherry wine
3 pound Shrimp; boiled & peeled
Mix garlic & salt. Cream butter. Add garlic & salt, bread crumbs,
seasonings, parsley & sherry. Place alternate layers of shrimp & bread
crumb mixture in buttered baking dish or individual shells or ramekins.
Bake in hot oven 2025 minutes. Serves 68.
