Recipe - Shrimpadvocadotomato Salad

6 Tomatoes, peeled and cut
into 1 inch chunks
2 Advocados, peeled and pitted
and cut into 1 inch chunks
1 pound Shrimp (little ones)
1 pack (smallest) of original Ranch
Dressing mix, (the kind
that calls for buttermilk
and mayonaise)
1 ct (8 oz.) of yogurt
One half cup (4 oz.) of milk
To make the dressing, instead of buttermilk and mayonaise, I use the Yogurt
and milk, combine with dressing mix, and whisk till smooth. This makes a
thicker dressing, also lower in fat. You can use nonfat yogurt and nonfat
milk if you wish, it is still good.
Combine all ingredients and fold together with dressing.
