Recipe - Shrimp-Bacon Bites

1 One half pound Frozen shrimp; cooked and
minced
1 cup Diced celery
2 cup Diced apples
One fourth cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoon Salad oil
1 teaspoon Salt
3 Hardcooked eggs; coarsely
chopped
One fourth cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Lettuce cups
Combine shrimp, celery, and apples. Mix together lemon juice, salad oil,
and salt, and add to shrimp mixture. Chill. Just before serving, add eggs
and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Serve in lettuce cups. Yield: 6 servings.
