One fourth cup Melted butter
2 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
1 tablespoon Grated lemon rind
4 Scotch lamb chops
Combine butter, honey, parsley & lemon rind; brush One half of mixture on
lamb. Broil chops 34" from heat for 57 minutes. Turn & brush with
remaining honey mixture; broil 57 minutes longer. NOTE: Scotch chop
is breast of lamb, stuffed with ground lamb & cut or sliced up .
