Recipe - Schneeballchen (Potato Dumplings)

2 pound Potatoes
2 ounce Semolina
3 ounce Flour
2 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Marjoram
Wash the potatoes and boil. While still hot, peel the potatoes and mash
them. Add all the other ingredients and knead into a firm dough. Form the
dumplings. Drop into boiling salt water and let simmer for about 20 minutes
until the dumplings swim on top.
