Recipe - Schloss Sauce

Ingredients:
Schloss Sauce recipe makes 1 Servings
1 cup Sour cream
3 Egg yolks
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat,
stirring constantly. Do NOT boil. Serve warm.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
