2 pound Ground beef
1 Egg; slightly beaten
One fourth cup Minced onion
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 One fourth cup Condensed vegetable soup
2 cup Cereal flakes; crushed
Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. Mix ingredients thoroughly in the order
listed. Shape into loaf and place in cooker, cover. Put into cold oven and
turn temperature to 425F. Bake for 1 One half hours. From Schlemmertopf Recipe
