Recipe - Scandinavian Vegetable Salad

1 cn (16 Oz) French Cut Green
Beans, drained
1 Jar (2 Oz) Chopped Pimiento;
drained
1 cup Chopped Celery
2 Onions; chopped
One half cup Sugar; scant
1 cup Vinegar
One half cup Cooking Oil
Salt And Pepper; to taste
Mix all the vegetable ingredients. Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt
and pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly. Best if
made ahead and allowed to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Serves 8
