Recipe - Scandinavian Salmon Salad

DRESSING
One half cup Sour cream
One half cup Yogurt, plain
One fourth cup Milk
One fourth cup Dill, fresh, snipped
1 tablespoon Lemon juice, fresh
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
SALAD
15 ounce Can salmon, drained, skin
discarded, and flaked
One fourth cup Scallions, finely chopped
12 ounce Macaroni shells,
mediumsized, cooked
aldente in water to which
1 tablespoon Oil, has been added
4 Eggs, hardboiled,
cut or sliced up or quartered
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.Combine the salmon,
scallions and cooked shells in a large bowl. Add the dressing. Toss gently.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with eggs
before serving.
