Recipe - Scandanavian Danish Pastry

2 cup Red Apples, unpeeled, minced
1 cup Celery, minced
2 cup Cabbage, shredded
One half cup Sour Cream
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Salt & Sugar, to taste
One half cup Grapes, halved & seeded
One half cup Chopped Nuts, optional
Combine apples, celery, and cabbage. Combine remainin ingredients except
grapes. Add to apple mixture. Toss to mix. Garnish with grapes.
Serves 8
