Recipe - Scallops With Snow Peas

3 tablespoon Safflower oil
2 Garlic cloves; crushed
1/3 pound Scallops
cut or sliced up into 1/4" rounds
3 cup Snow peas
One half teaspoon White pepper
1 tablespoon Light miso
1 tablespoon Arrowroot
dissolved in...
One fourth cup Water
Stirfry garlic in safflower oil until it begins to color; add scallops and
stirfry 12 minutes. Remove scallops and garlic. Add snow peas to oil and
stirfry 23 minutes. Add pepper, miso, and arrowroot. Stirfry an
additional 2 minutes, then return scallops and garlic to pan and heat
through. Serve.
