Recipe - Scallops In Double Pepper Sauce

One fourth cup Olive Oil
5 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1 pound Bay Or Sea Scallops
Three fourths cup Slivered Red Peppers
Three fourths cup Slivered Green Peppers
One half cup Chopped Onion
One half teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Drained Capers
Slivers of red and green bell peppers give this quickly prepared dish
vibrant color, and the garlic, Tabasco sauce and capers provide lots of
flavor. ~
~ In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the garlic.
Cook until golden, about 1 minute. Add the scallops, peppers, onion,
Tabasco sauce and salt. Stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes, or until
the scallops turn white and the vegetables are crisptender. Stir in the
capers and serve immediately.
