Recipe - Scallops Tarragon

Ingredients:
Scallops Tarragon recipe makes 6 Servings
One half tablespoon Butter
3 Fresh finely chopped garlic
Cloves
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
One half teaspoon Crushed tarragon
One half teaspoon Pepper
One fourth cup Dry white wine
One half pound Fresh scallops
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
One half cup Dairy sour cream
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add garlic, garlic salt, tarragon,
pepper & wine; stir well & bring to boil. Add scallops; saute' 3
minutes. Thicken sauce with cornstarch, reduce heat. When mixture
stops boiling, stir in sour cream. Serve in small bowls.
