Recipe - Scallops Au Gratin

1 pound Scallops
COURT BOUILLON
2 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Cooked baby shrimp
2 cup MORNAY sauce
One half cup Grated mild cheddar
One half cup Grated mozzarella
Three fourths cup Parmesan
Place scallops in med pan & cover with court bouillon or water. Bring
to simmer & cook 35 minutes; drain. Stir shrimp into mornay. Place
scallops into 4 individual dishes. Spoon sauce over & sprinkle with
cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
