Recipe - Scalloped Tomato Casserole

3 One half cup Tomato; Peeled And Chopped
1 cup Onion; Chopped
One half cup Cheeseflavored cracker
crumbs
1 One half teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
1 Container; (8ounce) sour
cream
1 One half cup Seasoned croutons
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine; melted
Layer half each of first 5 ingredients in a lightly greased 8inch square
baking dish; repeat layers. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Spread sour cream
on top; sprinkle with croutons, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 10
more minutes. Makes 6 servings. Notes: This savory dish will remind you of
a vegetable pudding.
