3 pound Allpurpose potatoes
1 One half cup Milk
1/3 cup Allpurpose flour

Three fourths cup Water
1 pack Vegetable broth powder
1 teaspoon Dried thyme; crumbled
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
12 ounce Ham; minced
4 Green onions; thinly cut or sliced up
One half cup Swiss cheese; shredded

Bring large pot of water to boiling. Peel potatoes; thinly slice; place

Heat oven to 375. Coat inside of 12x7x2inch or other 2 1/23 quart baking

until sauce thickens and bubbles, about 3 minutes.
Spoon onethird of potatoes into prepared casserole. Sprinkle with half of
the ham and green onion. Spoon on onethird of sauce. Repeat layers. Top
layer should be potatoes with remaining sauce poured over all.
Bake, covered, in 375 oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and
sut with paprika if desired. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or until lightly
browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
