Recipe - Scalloped Cabbage

Ingredients:
Scalloped Cabbage recipe makes 1 Servings
2 pound Cabbage
One fourth pound Velveeta cheese
2 tablespoon Flour
Three fourths cup Milk
4 tablespoon Oleo
15 Soda crackers
Salt and pepper
Cut cabbage in chunks and cook for 10 minutes. Drain. Arrange in casserole
and sprinkle with flour. Heat milk with cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over
cabbage. Melt oleo and crumbled crackers, sprinkle over cabbage. Bake at
350 degrees for 45 minutes. DO NOT COVER WHILE BAKING.
