Recipe - Savoy Cabbage Salad

SALAD INGREDIENTS
2 Green onions, chopped
(Belgian endive)
1 Red pepper cut or sliced up thinly
1 Savoy Cabbage, cut or sliced up thinly
One fourth cup Butter (oil)
3 ounce Almonds (pine nuts)
2 pack Ramen noodles
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
Three fourths cup Oil
One fourth cup Sugar
One half cup Flavoured vinegar apple
cider, raspberry, blueberry
etc.
2 tablespoon Soya sauce.
One fourth cup Toasted sesame seeds
Break up the ramen noodles into small pieces. Saute with the nuts until
light brown. Be careful of burning. Allow to cool. Mix all of the
dressing ingredients. Mix the salad ingredients included the cooled noodle
mixture. Enjoy.
