Recipe - Savory Yogurt Topping
Categories: Condiments, Spreads & S, Vegetarian, Savory Yogurt Topping
Three fourths cup Strained nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh chives, minced
One half teaspoon Maple syrup, pure
1/8 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 tablespoon White wine, optional
Gently blend all ingredients together. The maple syrup does not make this
sweet; it simply takes off the sharp bite of the yogurt.
CAUTION: If you overstir strained yogurt, it will become thin.
