Recipe - Savory Turkey Meatloaf Florentine

1 One half pound Ground turkey
One half cup Cream of Wheat
One half cup Egg substitute
One half cup Ketchup
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dried basil leaves
1 pack (10 oz) chopped spinach,
thawed, drained
One half cup Chopped red pepper
One fourth cup Minced onion
1 tablespoon Countrystyle Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Honey
In large bowl, thoroughly combine turkey, cereal, egg substitute, ketchup,
garlic and basil. Stir in spinach, pepper and onion. Shape into 9x4inch
loaf. Place in greased 13x9x2inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Blend mustard and honey; brush over meatloaf. Bake 1525 minutes more or
until internal temperature reaches 165°. Let stand 10 minutes before
slicing.
