Recipe - Savory Tomato Limas

2 cup Large dry lima beans
6 cup Water
1 Onion chopped
1 Clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Chili powder
10 One half ounce Can condensed tomato soup
2 tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
One fourth pound Salt pork cut up
Soak beans in water overnight. Pour into slowcooking pot. Cover and cook
on high for 2 hours. Drain. Combine onion, garlic, mustard,
Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder, tomato soup, vinegar, and sugar.
Mix with beans in slowcooking pot. Top with pork. Cover and cook on low
for 9 to 11 hours.
