Recipe - Savory Skillet Potatoes

1 One half pound Allpurpose potatoes; minced
1 lg Onion; thinly cut or sliced up
1 Envelope Lipton Recipe
Secrets Savory Herb with
Garlic Soup Mix
2 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil

In large bowl, toss potatoes, onions and savory herb with garlic soup mix
until potatoes are well coated.

In 12inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over mediumhigh heat and cook potato
mixture, covered, 5 minutes. Remove cover and cook, stirring frequently, an
additional 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Makes about 6 servings

or Italian Herb with Tomato Soup Mix.
