Recipe - Savory Salmon Steaks

1 pound Salmon steaks; 1 inch thick
One half cup Dry white wine
2 tablespoon Green onion slices
One half pound Velveeta pasteurized process
cheese spread; cubed
3 tablespoon Dry white wine
One fourth teaspoon Dried tarragon leaves;
crushed
One fourth teaspoon Dill weed
Place fish in 9inch square baking dish. Combine wine and onions; pour
over fish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes or until fish
flakes easily with fork. Combine remaining ingredients; stir over low heat
until Velveeta cheese spread is melted. Serve with fish. 2 servings.
Variation: Substitute apple juice for wine.
