Recipe - Savory Salad Dressing

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
One fourth cup Red wine vinegar
One fourth cup Water
One fourth cup Soy sauce
Dash Tobasco sauce

Combine in jar, shake, allow to sit for a few hours.

I usually double the dressing recipe, put one recipe on the salad, and put
the rest on the table for people who like extra. You can always use it on
something else.
