Recipe - Savory Pepper Steak

1 One half pound Beef round steak cut 1/2
inch thick; (up to 2)
One fourth cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 md Onion chopped
1 Clove garlic minced
2 lg Green peppers seeded and cut
into One half inch strips
1 cn (1 pound) whole peeled
tomatos
1 tablespoon Beefflavored granules
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Cut steak into One half inch pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Toss with
steak strips and put in crockpot. Add onion, garlic and half the peppers.
Combine tomatoes, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and beef granules. Add to
crockpot stiring to moisten meat. Set to low for 8 to 10 hours. Last hour,
turn to high and add remaining and thicken with a gravy paste if desired.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
Note: I omit the salt in the flour mixture due to the salt found in the soy
sauce. Enjoy!
