GRAMMIE'S KITCHEN
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half cup Coffee; black
3 pound Brisket
One half cup Catsup
One half cup Chili sauce
One half cup Honey
1/3 cup Worchestershire sauce
1 cup Garlic; minced
Sear meat on all sides and place in a dutch oven with the above combined
ingredients. Simmer on stove top until done 2 One half 3 hours or in a 325
degree oven for the same time. To serve, slice on the diagonal. Recipe from
