BLEND TOGETHER
1 tablespoon Grated onion
3 Egg yolks lightly beaten
1 ds Pepper
One half pound Ground beef
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
FOLD IN
3 Egg whites, stiffly beaten
Drop by spoonfulls onto greased hot frypan or griddle. When puffed and
brown, turn and brown other side. Serve at once wirh Mushroom sauce or
tomato sauce approx. 6 serv.
