12 ounce Medium or wide egg noodles
(not the curly type)
4 Eggs
1 lg Onion
2 tablespoon Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Gribenes, optional
Cook the noodles and drain. Fry the onion in the oil till lightly browned.
Mix everything together. Put into an oiled baking dish, and bake at 375F
till browned.
