Recipe - Savory Herb Bread

2 One fourth cup Bisquick reduced fat baking
mix
Three fourths cup Yoplait fat free plain
yogurt
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley or
1 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh or
1 teaspoon Dried sage leaves
2 Eggs
1 Egg white
1 Clove garlic; finely
chopped or
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease round pan, 8x1One half inches.
MIX all ingredients with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.
Spread in pan.
BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around side of loaf,
pressing gently to loosen; remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes 1 loaf (16
wedges).
